• You feel at home in the Brussels Policy Advocacy environment and have solid understanding and insight in EU and French policy making processes.

• You have an extensive network of contacts in policy advocacy, the EC as well as the EP and Council. 

• You have worked on agrifood system policy before and want to support the transformation of policy making towards regenerative agrifood ecosystems.

• Proven leadership in advocacy, communication and event organisation.

• Track record of growing creative, innovative and targeted political advocacy.

• Professional fluency in English & French.

• Deep knowledge of and passion for regenerative agrifood ecosystems.

• Self-driven and proactive, excelling in a fast-paced social change organizational context.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with minimal supervision.

• You will work in the service of some of the kindest, intelligible and innovative farmers in Europe.

• You will be part of and lead by a sociocratic and consensus-based organisation.

• You can invest yourself fully in standing up for what you believe in, actively contributing to the reversal of climate change and biodiversity loss while working to change our agrifood ecosystems towards regeneration for healthy food security in Europe and beyond.
