YOUR MISSION
The European Alliance for Regenerative Agriculture (EARA) is an ambitious, young organisation to facilitate the emergence of regenerative agrifood ecosystems in Europe and beyond.
We’re an independent, farmer-led coordination and political advocacy organisation of the movement of regenerative agriculture at the European level.
EARA is striving to enable the transformation of our agrifood ecosystems through accountable ecologic, economic and social regeneration.
The EARA Operation Team works to serve Europe’s regenerative farmer community by developing an infrastructure for its self-organisation, is driven by the needs, insights and proposals of our community of regenerative farmers and strives to work with them on the European policy level. They act as coordinators and facilitators of the community.
As Advocacy Steward you represent EARA in Brussels and are responsible for EARA's public communication to all relevant stakeholders, by all relevant means at all relevant times.
Together with the Policy Steward you work to transform the needs and knowledge of our community of regenerative pioneers in the agri-food system into ambitious policy design proposals and work for their holistic and progressive advocacy.
You constantly connect with other stakeholders and grow the network of EARA.
Together with the team you work out and implement roadmaps for political advocacy, agitation and identify & develop relevant events where to embed EARA, share its vision and grow its impact.
